By subscribing to Neural Dispatch, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to Neural Dispatch. By subscribing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

The Service

Neural Dispatch is a subscription-based, AI-generated personalized newsletter service. We deliver a daily email tailored to your selected topics and preferences. Content is generated using artificial intelligence and should not be considered professional advice in any field including but not limited to finance, law, medicine, or investment. We make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery.

Subscription and Billing

Neural Dispatch costs $3.99 per month. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your subscriber dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access through that date. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days in a billing period. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days at support@readneuraldispatch.com.

AI-Generated Content

All newsletter content is generated by AI (Claude by Anthropic) and should be understood as such. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. Neural Dispatch is intended for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content delivered through our service.

Not Professional Advice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes: attempting to manipulate or circumvent the AI generation system through custom instructions or other means; sharing your subscription credentials with others; redistributing newsletter content for commercial purposes without permission; using the service to generate content that violates applicable law; and submitting false or misleading information during signup.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your email bounces or is flagged for spam complaints. If we terminate your account for cause, you will not receive a refund for any prepaid subscription period. You may terminate your subscription at any time by cancelling from your dashboard.

Intellectual Property

The Neural Dispatch name, branding, design, and original editorial framework are the property of Neural Dispatch. The AI-generated content in your newsletters is provided for your personal use. You may share excerpts with attribution but may not systematically republish or resell the content.

Limitation of Liability

Neural Dispatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, reliance on its content, or inability to access the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Neural Dispatch will be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
