When you subscribe to Neural Dispatch, we collect your email address, payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details), and the topic preferences and custom instructions you provide during onboarding. We also collect feedback you submit through our feedback system.

How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used to deliver your daily newsletter and account-related communications (billing confirmations, password resets). Your topic preferences, custom instructions, and feedback are used to personalize your newsletter content through our AI generation system. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Neural Dispatch: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, Resend for email delivery, and Anthropic's Claude API for content generation. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

AI-Generated Content

Your newsletter content is generated by an AI system (Claude by Anthropic) based on your preferences. Your topic selections, custom instructions, and feedback are sent to the AI system as part of the content generation process. This data is used solely to personalize your newsletter and is not used to train AI models.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days in case you wish to resubscribe, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can update your preferences from your dashboard or contact us directly. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
