1Who we are

Neural Dispatch is published by Zachery Link, a sole proprietor, 3208 Moss Lane, Charlotte, NC 28206, United States. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Contact: support@readneuraldispatch.com.

2What we collect, why, and for how long

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, race, religion, precise location, or government IDs). Please do not put any in your instructions or feedback.

3How we use AI

Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, writes every edition. Our software picks the news articles; Claude drafts from them. What Anthropic receives: the article text our software selected. What it does not receive: your email address, name, or payment details. Anthropic deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days, keeps content its systems flag for a policy violation for up to 2 years, and does not use them to train its models. We do not use automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4Who receives your information

We use these service providers. Each handles data only to provide its service to us.

Services that fetch news and legislation for us receive no information about subscribers. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising. We may disclose it if the law requires, to protect rights and safety, or to a successor if the business is sold, on the terms of this policy.

5International transfers

We are in the United States, and so are our providers. If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, your information is transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified, and otherwise under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, which our providers' data processing agreements incorporate.

6Cookies and email links

We set cookies only when you sign in, to keep you signed in. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our emails contain no tracking pixels, and their links are not rewritten to record clicks. Links in our emails (unsubscribe, feedback, sign-in) carry a signed code tied to your address so they work without a password; they are not for tracking. We do not track you across other websites, so there is no “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal for us to act on.

7Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe: one click in any edition stops that publication, and your dashboard can stop one publication or everything. A free reader's mail stops at once. If you pay and unsubscribe on our website, you choose: stop the emails now, or keep receiving them until the period you have paid for ends; the one-click button in your mail app stops them now. Either way your plan ends at the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. We may still send account and billing messages (for example a failed payment).
• Everyone: you can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict its use. Write to support@readneuraldispatch.com from your account address. We confirm it is you by sending a link to that address, then answer within 30 days (45 at most for California requests, and we will tell you if we need longer). It is free unless a request is clearly excessive.
• Appeal and complaints: if you disagree with our answer, reply and ask us to reconsider. You can also complain to your regulator — in the EU your data protection authority; in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office; in California the Attorney General.
• No retaliation: we do not treat you differently for using these rights. You can use an authorized agent for California requests.

8Region notes

California. In the past 12 months we collected these categories: identifiers (email, IP address); commercial information (plan and subscription status); internet or network activity (the technical data above); and any information you chose to type into instructions or feedback. We collected no sensitive personal information. We disclosed identifiers, commercial information and technical data to the service providers in section 4, for the business purposes of delivering email, processing payments, hosting, security and error monitoring. We did not sell or share personal information, and we have no knowledge of selling the information of anyone under 16. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. The retention for each category is in section 2. You have the rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and to limit use of sensitive information (we do not use it).

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. The bases are in section 2. You have the rights in section 7 plus data portability and withdrawing consent at any time without affecting earlier use.

Canada. We send commercial email only with your consent, identify ourselves in every message, and honour unsubscribes within 10 business days.

9Security

We limit access, use encrypted connections, store payment data only at Stripe, and keep sign-in links short-lived and single use. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you we will tell you as the law requires.

10Children

Neural Dispatch is for professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

11Changes

We will post changes here with a new date. For a material change we will email subscribers before it takes effect. Previous versions are available on request.
